양육비를 받지 못하는 한부모 가정을 위한 희소식! 2025년 7월 1일부터 양육비 선지급제도가 전면 시행됩니다. 이 제도는 국가가 먼저 지급한 후, 나중에 채무자에게 구상권을 행사하는 방식입니다.

From July 1, 2025, the Korean government begins offering advance payments for unpaid child support and collects it later from the liable parent.

✅ 제도 개요 | What is It?

• 국가가 양육비 채무자를 대신해 월 20만원씩 최대 20개월까지 먼저 지급
• The government pays up to 200,000 KRW/month for 20 months on behalf of the debtor
• 지급 후 구상권 청구를 통해 채무자에게 금액 회수
• Government then collects the debt from the liable parent

👪 신청 대상 조건

👪 Eligibility

• 자녀 나이 만 18세 이하 (군 복무 중인 경우 만 20세까지)
• Child under 18 years old (or under 20 if serving military duty)
• 양육비 채무자에게 최근 3개월 이상 지급받지 못한 경우
• No child support received for at least 3 months
• 건강보험료 기준 중위소득 150% 이하
• Income below 150% of median based on health insurance premiums
• 양육비 이행명령 혹은 가정법원 확정 판결 등 필요
• Must hold legal document ordering child support payment

📌 신청 방법 | How to Apply

1. 양육비이행관리원 홈페이지 접속 (☞ childsupport.or.kr 바로가기)
2. 온라인 또는 방문 접수 (서울시 서초구 반포대로173, 삼남타워 24층)
3. 필요 서류 제출: 신청서, 가족관계증명서, 소득증빙자료 등
4. Submit application online or in-person with required documents

⚠️ 유의 사항

• 선지급 후 채무자가 지급하면 국가가 회수
• If the debtor pays later, the government collects repayment
• 중복 신청 불가 (이미 타 제도로 지원받은 경우)
• 소득 초과, 미성년 미동거 등 부적격 사유 다수 → 꼼꼼히 확인 필수
• Check for disqualifications like excess income or living apart from child
